1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern the sale of products on the website www.stitchwell-diy.com. By placing an order, you unconditionally accept these terms and conditions.
2. Product Information
Product descriptions and prices are displayed on the website at the time of order. We strive to provide accurate and complete information about our products. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
3. Orders
Order Process: To place an order, add the desired products to your cart and follow the instructions to complete your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed.
Order Confirmation: We reserve the right to refuse any order for legal or commercial reasons. If any issues arise with your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
4. Prices
Product prices are displayed in Euros, including all taxes (VAT), but do not include delivery costs, which are added during checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
5. Payment
Payment Methods: You can pay by credit/debit card, PayPal, or other payment methods specified on the website.
Transaction Security: Payments are secured through certified online payment systems.
6. Delivery
Delivery Times: Delivery times are for informational purposes only and may vary depending on availability and destination. We do our best to meet these estimated timeframes.
Delivery Costs: Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination and displayed during the order process.
Liability: We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from external events or delivery errors.
If a package is returned to sender for any of the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable during delivery
- Refusal to accept the package
- Failure to collect the package from a delivery point within the allotted time
The following conditions apply:
- If delivery costs were paid at checkout, they will not be refunded.
- If delivery was offered free of charge, fees corresponding to the actual cost of shipping and return labels will be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer (€6 for France).
7. Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable legislation, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping costs are your responsibility.
8. Refunds
Refund Conditions: Refunds are made to the same credit card used for purchase or by bank transfer, depending on your preference.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within a maximum of 15 days from receipt of returned products.
9. Warranty
All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, please contact us immediately to arrange a return or exchange.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the content on the website (texts, images, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Hatıra Defterim. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
